FAQs

How much do sessions cost?

1

Each 45-minute therapy is $175. Payment is due at the time of service. I accept credit cards, debit cards, HSA, and FSA cards.

How often will we meet?

2

Because my work is relational and depth-oriented, I require weekly sessions for individual therapy. Meeting consistently allows us to build trust, develop momentum, and engage the work in a meaningful way. Some clients may benefit from a higher frequency.

Do you accept insurance?

3

I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. However, many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits that may reimburse you for therapy. I can provide a monthly superbill for you to submit to your insurance company.

Choosing to work with an out-of-network therapist allows for greater privacy and flexibility. Insurance companies require a mental health diagnosis and may impose limits on session frequency or duration. Private pay therapy allows us to determine the pace and focus of treatment based on your needs rather than insurance restrictions.

Do you offer in-person or virtual sessions?

4

Both! My office is located in the Virginia Village neighborhood of southeast Denver, near Colorado Boulevard and Mexico Avenue. I also provide telehealth sessions through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform for clients located in Colorado.
